Cancellation

Pre-Dispatch: Full refund is granted if the order is canceled before it leaves the warehouse.

Post-Dispatch: If the product is already in transit, shipping charges (both ways) may be deducted from the refund.

Post-Installation: Most companies do not allow cancellation once the machine has been installed and water has entered the filters.

Refunds

Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 working days.
Mode: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Online) or via NEFT/Cheque (Offline). Cash refunds are generally avoided.

Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories (manuals, diverter valves, pipes) intact.
